About us

Three people, one idea (2017)

Red Alert was born in 2017 as a three-person team's answer to one question: how do you make a team genuinely think together? Every part of it — the design of the wooden chests, the wiring, the circuit boards and the software — came out of this team's own workshop. It is not an off-the-shelf box game but a system built from scratch.

The scenario

A hacker has released a virus that locks the systems. Teams collect codes by solving the modules in the chests (map, light, Morse, laser, colour, gears, switches, mainboard…); the final codes go into the Sphere, and when the keys reach the right position the virus stops. The countdown starts at 60:00 and stops for no one.

Chests that talk to each other

The heart of the game is the linked chests: a code found by one team unlocks the others. That is why Red Alert teaches thinking together rather than racing; the teams that communicate best win, not the fastest ones.

Today

Red Alert is played in five countries through our partners, at corporate events, dealer meetings, onboarding programmes and leadership trainings. In 2026 the on-screen version of the same scenario, RedAlert Game, went live: remote teams can now sit at the same chest.

How we work

We plan the number of chests and the duration with you based on your headcount, and we handle set-up and pack-down. The game is played in Turkish and English; mixed groups get a bilingual briefing.
