Frequently Asked Questions
What is the scenario?
A hacker has released a virus that locks the systems. Teams collect codes by solving the modules in the wooden chests; the final codes go into the Sphere, and when the keys reach the right position the virus stops. The countdown starts at 60:00.
What is a corporate team game and how is it different from a classic team building event?
A team game is a rule-based game in which a team solves a shared task under time pressure. In Red Alert every team has a wooden chest full of puzzle modules in front of it; the chests are linked, and a code found by one team unlocks another. Unlike classic team building events, it does not ask you to "spend time together" — it forces you to think together, because nobody can finish alone.
How many people can play?
The number of chests grows with the group; teams play in parallel and the chests are linked. We set the exact capacity together at the quote stage, based on your headcount.
How many teams can play at the same time?
The number of chests scales with your group and teams play in parallel. For large groups we plan several sessions or rounds. Tell us your headcount and we will plan the set-up together.
How long does a session take?
The game itself runs on a 60-minute countdown; with the briefing and the debrief, the total length is planned around your programme.
Where is it played?
Any indoor space with room for tables works: a meeting room, a hotel, a training centre. We handle the set-up and pack-down, including the chests, the Sphere and the screen.
Which cities do you serve?
Every city in Turkey: the chests, the Sphere and the screen travel with us and are set up in a meeting room, a hotel or a training centre. Events abroad are planned with our partners.
Which languages is it played in?
Turkish and English. Mixed groups can have a bilingual briefing.
Can it be played abroad?
Yes. Red Alert is played in five countries through our partners; write to us for events abroad.
Do participants need to prepare?
No. The game starts with a briefing and the rules take five minutes. Technical knowledge, age or position make no difference; the best teams are usually mixed across departments.
Which skills does the game bring out?
Communication, decision-making under time pressure, problem solving, leadership and cooperation between teams. The scoreboard and the awards at the end (first chest stopped, code breaker, clue hunter) show concretely how the team worked.
Do we get a deliverable at the end?
Yes. The scoreboard, team and player awards and game times are shared as a PDF; a briefing and debrief session can be added on request.
How does the online version work?
RedAlert Game is the on-screen version of the same scenario: you open the drawers of a 3D chest one by one, solve ten puzzles and stop the Sphere before time runs out. Remote teams play by invitation; nothing to install.
